GLP Launches New Service - Autocare - Press Release
RICHMOND, Michigan – Great Lakes Partnership (GLP) is excited to announce the launch of their Autocare service for the funeral service industry. Autocare is a unique service that leverages technology to help funeral homes deliver meaningful resources and aftercare to the families they serve.
GLP’s Autocare service is focused on helping funeral homes discuss the value of planning ahead with next-of-kin at the appropriate time following the provision of at-need services. Using state of the art digital tools and capabilities, we offer funeral homes a way to streamline their communications using text messages, emails, thank you letters, a comprehensive family checklist, automated 40-day followup cycle, ringless voicemail, and family experience survey. We selectively work with planning professionals and funeral homes to design a personalized Autocare program that reflects their unique brand, message, and value proposition.
The Autocare program was developed by GLP to help funeral homes offer families the kind of aftercare experience they have come to expect in the digital age. Autocare helps preplanning professionals and funeral homes express the benefits of preplanning to family members including, emotional, financial, legal, and other important considerations.
Funeral homes can use the Aftercare program to help with lead generation, to build enduring relationships with the families they serve, and to help with future needs through preplanning programs and marketing support.
